Michelle Lanzi

Senior Client Service Administrator

Biography

I have always had a penchant for customer service. If there is anything I can do to make things easier for someone else, sign me up! Perhaps this is why I spent the first part of my career working as a stage manager – It was my job to oversee all areas of a production, ensuring that every minute detail was cared for, and the show went on smoothly. I learned early on that the most successful productions were led by happy teams. By taking the time to listen to team leads, I uncovered the opportunities to offload work for them, making their jobs easier and more rewarding.

When I made the switch to Exchange Capital, I found that much of my experience in theatre has helped me to elevate our client experience; only rather than supporting a company of actors and directors, I now use my expertise to assist growing families and those transitioning to retirement.

Like the butterfly filled moments before opening curtain, the stresses of managing money can feel overwhelming. But just as a stage manager orchestrates every detail to help ensure a flawless performance, I lend my support by coordinating the details of your financial life, allowing you to spend more time on the things you truly enjoy. Whether it’s moving money to cover the purchase of a second home or to pay for a much-needed vacation, ensuring your account beneficiaries are aligned with your end of life wishes, sending QCD checks to meaningful charities, or simply offering a listening ear during life's ups and downs, my goal is to ease the burden that money often brings, and ensure your relationship with Exchange Capital is as smooth and stress-free as possible.
